Over the weekend I discovered I couldn't relist my items in bulk listings only individually. I called eBay who said they were aware of the problem.
Today I checked and it still had the same error. Someone mentioned to me in another thread that to make sure I have my payment options setup. I had already done that weeks ago but decided to check to make sure. How eBay pays me was fine and working but apparently when you need to pay eBay, choosing your Paypal or checking account doesn't take. You can go through all the steps and log in to your bank or Paypal but it never registers. I finally selected the final option, credit card (which is linked to my bank checking account anyway) and wouldn't you know, it accepted that.
Now I can relist using the bulk listing option. I'm posting this to help anyone who may be encountering this issue too. Make sure your payment method to eBay is showing up (go to Seller Hub to check). Just because you go through all the steps doesn't necessary mean it got accepted. Go back and refresh the seller hub page and double check that everything is showing a payment method.
Hope this helps someone.

Thanks for the info.........have seen more than a few posts about bulk relist being broken........sure wish they would put a message on when they are blocking the use of something for a reason.......as opposed to a glitch.

I've got both checking account and credit card as valid payment options but bulk editing still doesn't work. Definitely still an issue - wish eBay would post something regarding awareness of the issue and timeframe for resolution.

I may have found a solution. On the seller hub page, instead of viewing all selling, click on the active listings instead. You should be able to select all listings here and bulk edit them as you have before.
