Anyone else having an issue with bulk editing. I've tried it on both the
latest versions of Chrome and Edge and it still doesn't work. I can edit
individual listings but can select them in bulk.

If the seller can send you an invoice for the purchase, he/she could put
the shipping discount on the invoice. That way, you get the discount and
the seller makes the sale. The FVF to the seller should only be for the
total paid by you.

I may have found a solution. On the seller hub page, instead of viewing
all selling, click on the active listings instead. You should be able to
select all listings here and bulk edit them as you have before.
I've got both checking account and credit card as valid payment options
but bulk editing still doesn't work. Definitely still an issue - wish
eBay would post something regarding awareness of the issue and timeframe
for resolution.
