Do the links work if you try another browser?

Some Safari users have been having problems with search filters not working since a previous update; this may be a similar problem.

Do the tracking links on the Summary page work any better?

There is not problem if you use Firefox browser

If you right click on the tracking number and open in a new window or tab then they will work on Chrome and Edge. Don't know about Safari. Give it a try. Sometimes a adblocker or popup blocker may interfere with it too.
