I have tried several times to make an offer on an item. My gift card
number shows up with a check box to click on but when I choose that but
it will not go to Next so I can complete my offer. What goes?

Thanks and that's where I went. Spent an hour looking for this
information. I guess I had to spend more time going thru these documents
or maybe a couple of days.
