Cannot add to my block list. It just goes to the page that states: "We've Looked Everywhere..."

That has happened to me before. Sometimes it does it when I try to add to the bottom of the list and if I add the name instead to the top it works.

This happened to me today too. I kept trying for a couple of hours and it finally cleared up
