Automatic Change from fixed price listing to GTC enabling Global Shipping Program. Today When I went to relist items I see that you are now forcing the relisted items to become GTC listings. As I was looking over the listing before sending it live I also noticed the option, "Sell internationally with the Global Shipping Program. Just send it to the US shipping center when your item sells" was checked when it had not been previously checked. Then on other listings it had not been checked.
It looks like your system is periodically enabling this option when relisting. This is very annoying as I do not use the global shipping program and only am enrolled so I can ship internationally to a few countries. Your system is also periodically doing this when creating new listings.
For one thing if a seller does not use this feature it should not be turning on as part of the prefilled info as that is supposed to be from the last information you filled out in a listing.
Second when relisting your system should not be making changes unless the seller decides to make those changes and your prefill should not be used as the listing is already created and filled out.

I am having the same issue. I didn't see anything on my listings about the Global Shipping Problem but as I was listing yesterday and today I noticed that it is only allowing me to list GTC instead of my normal 30-days. We are a consignment store, so our items only stay listed for 90 days. This now forces me to end the listings individually, and have to pay yet another fee. Looks like I will be spending half my day on the phone tomorrow with customer support (if you can call it that).

No the issue is that when I go to relist items the Global Shipping option is being checked when originally the option was not checked. I have been having problems when creating new listings and when relisting items with this option is being turned on as part of the prefill. This does not happen all the time and should not be happening at all as I do not use the option but opt into the program as that is the only way you can list items for international sale.
I am well aware from the last seller update about how day listings will be changed to GTC but that was not the reason for the post but that prefill is changing settings in listings that have already been created. The prefill should not be changing anything like shipping options when relisting items.
Also I am manually relisting items to make adjustments to my shipping and handling charges. When the GTC picture error happened I changed all of my listings to 30 day to avoid losing images and having to upload replacements for all of my listings. While I did this in groups I have a block of about 90 listings that are up to the 5th and to avoid a large number of double listings before the end of the year I am ending those listings in small groups and moving their relist date back to the end of the month. I plan to do this over the next few months so that if I have a large number of items listed by the time they reach the 1st I will not have to worry about those items causing additional charges. Most likely I will not be close to my stores free listing limit but I just want to make sure. IF I move them now I don't have to use spread sheets and monitor them till the last minuet. Rather it make more sense to just get them taken care of so I can focus on more important things.
