Glitches Galore. It’s not you. It’s us.

Trying to close my account the glitches on eBay are just unbelievable, unbearable, and not user friendly.  It wont let me close account says I have a $1.38 credit. Tried to get a refund and it’s gives this message 2 days in a row. That says “It’s not you, its us our server is down.” I see others posted this same message back in February.

Yet their system status says there is nothing wrong as always lmao. I just got that message after trying to open a message offering me 200 free listings. went to community and checked the site status and off course no issues. NO traffic No problem, No views on your items No problem, No sales No problem but if you don't want to pay your monthly store subscription oh you bet that will be a problem lol.
