Anyone else getting laggy PayPal notification emails hours after a sale?

I’m getting eBay sales email notifications instantly...but the PayPal emails are coming hours later..they are usually within seconds of each other.  Never seen this much lag before ever.

The folks at PayPal had a massive party with all the transaction fees kept from refunds and extra money made when eBay charges tax and no one is watching the shop

It's got to be happening all over the internet because I received a message a day after I purchased something on line for one place and hours after for another that belonged to the state. Never happened before.

My sales notification and PP notifications have started to arrive on time today.  HURRAY !!!  I hope this happens for everyone else too.

We had the same issues yesterday. 8-10 hour lag on PP notifications.

However, today sales are on point with the notifications. Seems to be working fine now.

This happened to me for several days but it seems to be fixed today.

It has nothing to do with Ebay. I've been getting my Paypal debit card purchase notifications sometimes as late as the next day. This has been happening for several days. I bought gas Wednesday afternoon, got the Paypal debit card confirmation last night.  Good thing I don't depend on them for anything.
