Unfortunately, I broke my edit in small numbers rule during draft edits.
I started to edit the shipping for 67 drafts at 12:42 am (EST) and
pressed Save for Later at 12:47 am (EST). AND POOF!!!! They are all
gone! They are not active nor are they in ...
Sold an item that has calculated shipping with $0.75 for handling. It
should have been $4+ for shipping, but the buyer paid only $2.19. I just
checked the original listing and I have it correct. Anybody know what’s
going on? Item sold last night.
Has anyone gotten any response to this problem? Been saving mine in the
scheduled area to prevent loss of listing. Have still not heard of a
resolution and have not been able to retrieve any of the lost listings.
Yes. I lost over 300 drafts in the last 48 hours. Have called to support
2 times. Unbelievable! It’s randomly dumping drafts. Watched them
disappear as I tried to move them from drafts to scheduled listings.
Thought I was seeing things.
This is very frustrating. I did talk to a rep today and was told that
they are looking into it and made a report. I too lost many hours of
work. Today, I was working in small batches and noticed that each time I
listed 5 items, 6 items were subtracte...
