eBay has removed the links, but if you bookmark it, it still works:
Be careful deleting items from that page, however; there are problems with deleting some Watch List items. Try deleting those items from your Watch List page instead.
You may also like the old All Buying page, where deleting still works:

This "all lists"option was removed on 2018.
Since this I have "lived" with link posted in many threads and provided last here in previous message.
As in fact this link is not official and part of link is "MyEbayBeta" I'm afraid that it likely is going to stop working one day.

I have had the "All Lists" page set as the My eBay landing page for many years, and I hope to keep using it for many more.
There are other pages such as the eBay Bucks Transactions page which have only appeared as MyeBayBeta pages -- as far as I know there is not another non-Beta version of that page available.
In some cases eBay makes the old links point to the new page (as in the case of the Watch List); in some cases the Beta pages remain separate and usable. In some cases, the old page links no longer work at all.

I had bookmarked the URL to the old ALL LISTS script/view, but it stop working (yesterday), I have many lists. I will NOT spend MORE time to have to view each one to see what is ending. I just will shop elsewhere, and once I break the habit, habit is gone.
Ebay is totally useless for me, if I cannot see what is ending in ALL my lists at once. I spend too much time (and Money) on ebay, only to have to spend MORE TIME later and miss auctions. Many items on ebay are now crosslisted on other sites. Why don't they figure out what stupid feature they added that broke the view (if that is the problem) and remove that. Big tech company that cannot fix stuff it had working before? or maybe they just do not care about a certain percentage of their customers, just idiots shopping on their phones. I have left 3 "tell us what you thinks" which they do not respond to. I have posted here, and am waiting for a call back (which when initiating there is no "Poblems with our website" category, so apparently there never are problems with their website (only buying and selling problems).
If they are trying to fix it, they should give a note when page is asked for before redirect, so I assume they are not trying to fix it. Also when I contacted them (years) before when they hid the view, they did not seem to care. Fortunately I bookmarked it, and have been using that.
Let me also say, they should FIRE whoever thought removing this was a good idea, (this always always helps).

It appears that eBay has finally completely removed the All Lists page, approximately two and a half years after removing all the links to that page from the site.
I suspected this might happen when the All Lists page began having problems deleting items a couple of months ago and users starting complaining to eBay that the page was not working correctly.
You can bookmark each of your individual lists to get to them without having to go through your Watch List page first.
I do not know of another way to combine all lists into one so that you can see which items in each list are ending soonest.
I am considering reorganizing my lists -- putting all auction items on my Watch List to make it easy to see which items are ending soonest when using a phone -- and putting Buy-It-Now items on other lists.

Another disaster for eBay. They took away a feature that was driving a ton of sales, was working perfectly, and didn't cost them a cent because it was already built. Now there is no way to sort all of the items on my many saved lists to see what is coming up. I will be missing auctions left and right and eBay will lose all the fees on my missed bids.
I'll bet some system administrator noticed errors in the logs for URLs with the "MyEbayBeta" and figured they would 'fix' the problem by putting in a redirect, inadvertently killing this great feature.
Never underestimate this outfit's ability to self-destruct. Hire clowns, expect a circus.
