AFAIK there is no way how to reach Ebay support.Personally I have gave up with Ebay.As seller, a worst customer experience one can imagine.

Users report that they are locked out of their Ebay account.Including they can't edit their listing nor leave feedback already for 3 days at least.Repeating log in attempts doesn't help.
