Add item specifics Loading

Everytime I go to Add Item Specifics it just continues loading and never shows me the pop up. I have tried in several different browsers, even on different computers. I cleared my cache, restarted my PC, everything you can think of. Meaning this HAS to be on eBays side. Very frustrating.

Any difference if you disable add-ons? In some cases an ad blocker or a script blocker might be causing issues.

If that is the case I would expect many other users to report the same issue.

Same thing happening to me today. I've also tried different browsers, cleared cache, etc. The pop up actually comes up but its blank with a blue round timer that keeps going around and nothing ever comes up in the pop up.
