For the last few weeks, I have been getting the error message "Access Denied" saying it's a server problem (I use Xfinity - they are of no help) and am locked out of doing anything on the site. I got in this morning because I used a link from an email sent by eBay's system about a tracking number for item I have purchased. By clicking the link, I could go to my eBay selling page and do what I need to do. It's only temporary, and the next time I need to log in, I most likely will be denied again. I have auctions ending soon and will need to send invoices, print postage, etc. It happens no matter which device I am using. Is there a solution to this? Help me please! Thank you.

What does the error say, exactly?
Try another browser to rule out a specific browser issue.
"Access Denied" errors when trying to check out or pay usually indicate some sort of network error.
If you are using a VPN, try disabling it.
If you are using a custom firewall, that may be causing problems.
Try paying using your phone or laptop when not connected to your usual network wifi.
See here for further suggestions of things to try:

It wasn't a payment problem necessarily. I am also a seller and was trying to list some items. It somehow resolved itself on its own and hasn't been a problem for 2 days now.
I didn't have my VPN on or a custom firewall in use. It wasn't a browser problem, the error message said denied on my server. It happened all across my other devices as well - MacBook, iPad, iPhone and iMac. My husband uses Windows and had the same problem on his. We both tried scanning for viruses, rebooting the internet gateway, our computers, etc. Nothing worked until Tuesday when it magically was ok and has been working fine since. I say this cautiously. 🙂
Thank you for trying to help.
