ATTN: Specialist Customer Support Reps.... Can't list or Revise listings.

This is for the Specialist Customer Support Reps. Griff said all these things should be listed in order to get this fixed faster. Here you go.... every detail.

Your USER ID: Everybody.... look at this technical issue board.

• Item Numbers: All of them.
• The URLs for the pages on which the issue occurs: All of them.
• Your computer type: All computers.
• Operating system: All operating systems.
• Browser type and version: All browsers.
• A step-by-step accounting of what you are attempting to do and what happens when you try to do it: 1. You click on Revise listing (or sell an item). 2. You then fill out the whole page. 3. When you click on the Update or List Item button, nothing happens. The wheel just spins forever. If you were updating a listing, you lose all of your changes and have to start over. If you are listing a new item 50% of the stuff occasionally gets saved, but you have to fill out a bunch over. And still you can never list it.
   And most important, attach screen shots if applicable: See the attachment.

I am having the same problem, is it the new "phone friendly" junk they added?

This is a known site issue. eBay has acknowledged it (sadly not in writing here but by phone) and they are working on the fix. Hopefully it will be in later today. It's better to post on the threads already started here about the issue rather than starting a new one. The volume of replies on one thread is more impactful than multiple threads all discussing the same thing.

Yup happening to me too.  I tried our other computer and same thing so at least I know it isn't my specific computer.  Looks like I can save drafts ok so guess I will make drafts and upload as listings when ebay gets it fixed.  Glad to know I am not alone.  Thank You!

Im in Calif,  I have the same issues cant list or update with my Ebay Store

Another seller near me can list with no problems but does not have a store.

If it is any help, I have found that although it won't list (get the wheel of waiting like everyone) it does go into "drafts" so saving listings there until eBay get it fixed (one day)

No solution to revising though. Just have to remember to do it later. If you need to revise down the amount of inventory you have - hope eBay won't penalize us for selling out because we couldn't reduce your stock (not holding breath)

I can't even save my listings to drafts.  Seems completely down and have been trying since last night.

Mine just seemed to automatically go into drafts. Couldn't save there, but when I went to my "drafts" section the items I was trying to list were in the "drafts" don't know why or how - but they were there. Of course when I tried to complete listing, it was back to wheel of waiting.........

At least though, I don't have to do all the work again, when (a big when) it is working hopefully it is then a matter of "list item"

Seems to be working again for new listings and on revisions.

Just listed a new item and managed to list some from "drafts" and made a revision - so all looking good again.
