Could not list or save a draft, page keeps loading on both Browsers.Had to list from cell phone!

You're lucky! I couldn't do it on my phone either.

I know it's a pain to call but the more people who call MAYBE ebay will finally fix this problem.

I am sure you already did all of these:  

   Clear your cookies and cache. Run a deep malware scan. Ebay is a resource hog and if anything is bogging your computer down things are more likley to not work correclty.  

If that does not work then try another browser on a pc Chrome or Firefox.  ( Check you already did that one)  

IF these suggestions do not help contact customer service. 

Select Account Invoice, questions about invoice.... this is not your problem but it will get you a person.  Best time to call is 5am pacific time.

I'm also unable to save drafts, regardless of browser.  Got a "new features" popup on the orders screen so the brain impared programmers updated the system without proper testing again.

They're aware of the issue, but everyone experiencing it needs to keep on calling eBay customer service (I called them twice tonight) until they fix this.

i have the same issue....very annoying.

tried multiple browsers, cleared cookies, history and all that fun stuff.

Sometimes it works but mostly doesn't

just have the wheel turning, and turning. Seems to work on updating listings, but I can't do the 'sell similar' at all.....wheel just keeps turning and turning then times out.

same here, tried to revise listing, but did not work

spend last night 3 hours for 1 listing, still was not able to add the last picture

cleaned everything on my computer.

gave it a break over night

this morning tried to update another listing

still not working

but I realized that ebay changed something

normaly you could see 5 pictures before you had to scroll to the right

now you see only 3 pictures before you have to scroll to the right to see more pics

I also cannot list new item. All what I see - Submitting listing.....I revised one itme more then one hour.

just called customer service

got the run around

3rd employee finally helped

she changed my new listing format to the old listing format

(remember when you had 2 pages to list and you also had to wait until your pictures were uploaded before you could change more info)

after that I was able to revise  my item and list a new item

she told me that I have to call back in around 2-3 days

if I want the new listing form back,

so they could switch me back

after they fixed their problems

Called eBay regarding the Revise listing issue. They are aware of the problem and are working on it.

The more members who call and have their names added to the list, the sooner this will be fixed.

They added the "phone friendly" junk to the page. That seems to have been when the problem started. It tells me my descriptions are too long for a phone. "too much scrolling" My items should NOT be bought from a phone 🙂

This is for the Specialist Customer Support Reps. Griff said all these things should be listed in order to get this fixed faster. Here you go.... every detail.

Your USER ID: Everybody.... look at this technical issue board.

• Item Numbers: All of them.
• The URLs for the pages on which the issue occurs: All of them.
• Your computer type: All computers.
• Operating system: All operating systems.
• Browser type and version: All browsers.
• A step-by-step accounting of what you are attempting to do and what happens when you try to do it: 1. You click on Revise listing (or sell an item). 2. You then fill out the whole page. 3. When you click on the Update or List Item button, nothing happens. The wheel just spins forever. If you were updating a listing, you lose all of your changes and have to start over. If you are listing a new item 50% of the stuff occasionally gets saved, but you have to fill out a bunch over. And still you can never list it.
   And most important, attach screen shots if applicable: See the attachment.
