I havent change a thing, yet the software keeps telling me to upload high quality photos with 500 pxl on the longest side.. Cant list my usual items after this new update, please advise. THANKS

hi .i have been trying all day to write descriptions and can not upload picture . all i get is the circle of death .anyone out there have any idea when it will be fixed.

Absolutely no photo uploading issues here using Firefox 31 browser on a desktop machine.

Try another browser.

If using a mobile device with the app, besides just don't, you need to ask here:

check your camera settings to see if that has been changed accidentally.......

The other day I got a whopping 10 listings done. I found when the photo up load freezes up I've had to refresh the page several times till they load. After completing the description is finished it is best to copy it to a note pad as saving and sending live is prone to timing out and refreshing the page tends to lose the description and pictures will have to be reloaded and most things will have to be filled out again. Saving the draft is too problematic.
