Not loading or slow purchase history

 Is anybody having a hard time getting their purchase history to load?  Yesterday and today has been slow and/or won’t load.  

I have good internet and no other problems on eBay or streaming online.  It’s just the purchase history on eBay.

Also it is slow with the ap and I would wait except it doesn’t show me the details i need like it does on the desktop.

I'm having the very same problem - noticed it the last couple of days.    Computer works fine and other pages work fine so must be an ebay thing.   They've been playing around the past year with new and old page purchase pages and I noticed in the past couple of days that they appear to have done away with the new purchase page and tinkered around with the old page.   Must have something to do with this.

No issues here. - just  check my Purchase  history.

Running windows 7 & Firefox all up to date stuff.  Try using another  browser 7 see what  happens - I've  had issues with IE & Goggle Chrome in the past.

Try  clearing your browser cache, etc.  Check you "add ons" delete those not needed.

Then run malwarebytes.org (free addition).

That is all the free advise I can give you - no Geek here.

same problem, very slow loading my purchase pages.  it actually will not load on ipad. EBAY, please fix the problem.

If trying another browser does not improve the loading speed of that page, perhaps an alternative page will offer similar info but better performance:

If you have a lot of purchases on that page and you think that may be related to the slow loading, perhaps try showing fewer items per page, and then bookmark the shorter page.

If another browser does load your Purchase History faster, then try deleting your browser cache or eBay cookies in your original browser.

So--the mobile app and the desktop loading are slowly for you?

What operating system/browser are you using on your desktop and/or phone?
