Finding that our items have been relisting with 33 day timers (GTC items rolling through). Just listed a new item and it shows a 31 day timer. Is this a new thing?

It's a result of the July 1st implementation of "month long" instead of 30 day GTC rollover dates. Instead of 30 days, GTCs will renew on the same calendar date every month, so for months with 31 days, the listing duration will be 31 days, etc.
The 32 day durations are a one time adjustment for July to August because the new actual rollover date is based on the original listing day of the month.
The old 30 day renewals made the last renewal "slip" behind the original day of the month by a day or two or three because of 31 day months in between. ie: 3/4, renewed 4/3, renewed 5/3, renewed 6/2, renewed 7/2, will renew 8/4, and on the 4th of every month after that (because that was original listing day of the month) Hope I got that right 🙂
