restricted selling

hello, 

ebay restricted my selling account for (manage payments). I tried to sign up and update my payoneer account but i couldn`t. it says (We're inviting sellers to the new managed payments program in stages. We're sorry you can't sign up today).

what can i do to solve this problem

This is ebay US. Rules and procedures differ from country to country.

Maybe its because of your location that you can't register for Managed Payments? Payoneer won't be of any help as PayPal is being fazed out for seller payments. They require a bank account and several forms of identity, you could contact ebay and ask them why you can't sign up. I don't think anyone on this forum would guess why you can't apart from your location being restricted. But that is only a guess here you have to speak to ebay.

It clear;y says they are inviting sellers in stages.........but your stage isn't up to be invited yet....
