refunding a buyer for over paying for shipping

How do i give someone a refund on over paying for shipping....i had a brain fart and went to paypal (briefly) and i caught myself🙃

Click the drop down menu for the order scroll to find send refund.

Do as @ebooksdiva said but be sure and change the amount or you'll refund everything.
