Did you mean:

"You have no upcoming payouts"

Hi all. I've been consistantly selling on eBay for about 2 and a half years now. I've been lucky enough to turn it into a full time job. Which makes the error message  of , "You have no upcoming payouts" especially scary considering I most definitely do. Currently I have weekly payments, but usually use the on-demand option. I haven't updated any of my payment information.

I did some research and apparently this have been an on and off again issue for people ever since eBay transitioned to managed payments, but this is the first time this has ever happened to me personally. If it's not fixed by the morning, I'm requsting a call from customer service...although I doubt it will really help. Is anyone else currently having the same issue?

Re: "You have no upcoming payouts"

Did you go into your payments area and make sure the scheduled payments toggle switch is turned on?

Had this switch off on us awhile back,  fixed it.

Just double-checked and it's still on. Even turned it off and then back on, but nothing. Thank you though.

Re: "You have no upcoming payouts"

Update: As of about 15 minutes ago, I was able to successfully send a payout to my bank account. I did absolutely nothing on my end and never was told anything by eBay, so this was definitely some weird glitch.

Re: "You have no upcoming payouts"

So far today (9/7) I have not even been able to see my pending funds or summary. I get an ebay error message.

I would definitely recommend reaching out to them on one of their social channels for assistance. Don't bother requesting a call, because the outsourced call center is next to useless and only has canned answers. The ones who help on Facebook, Twitter, etc...are U.S.-based and much more knowledgeable and helpful.
