Like the title says I have been selling on ebay since 2005. I gave them all the info they asked for when we were switched over to managed payments and have crossed the new tax threshold long ago. I have my payouts set to daily. I haven't had an issue with it up until now. I awoke this morning to find that No payouts were scheduled even though I have a few hundred dollars in available funds. I received absolutely zero communication about this from ebay and have no holds on my account. No returns, no issues with buyers, no negative feedback. I called customer service and they told me that ebay is checking to make sure things are "all good" with my bank (whatever that means) and they will not send a payout for the next 5 business days. this is the busiest time of year for sales and this definitely throws a bit of a wrench in my business flow. I wish they would have at least warned me this was going to happen or sent some sort of communication instead of stopping my flow in the middle of the night with no explanation why. everything was fine last night. I guess this more of a warning to other sellers than anything else, be prepared for this to happen. earlier this year they were calling it a glitch, now it's an unannounced bank account wellness check. either way I guess i'm broke this week (just paid all my bills) 😞

oh and by the way, ebay is of course taking their cut out of every sale I make during this time. apparently only my funds need to be withheld during this unannounced and unnecessary audit. They'll still be getting their cut per usual. 9 days I'll be without income at the worst possible time. if there's an employee that looks at this forum that's actually based in the same country as the ebay, can you please take note of how shady this is and pass it on to your higher ups? thanks in advance

For anyone who cares about this:
After everything the customer service rep told me today about my account being audited and funds on hold for 5 business days, after a fully wasted day of stress worrying whether I'll ever see my money (started reading all the horror stories about ebay keeping people's funds and banning their accounts without explanation), all of the sudden my payouts are back to normal. no explanation and of course the cs rep was completely wrong with what they originally told me. i believe the whole thing was a glitch in the system. but what happens next time?
I'm relieved but i gotta say, this has been eye opening. pretty nervous about what may happen going forward

Looks like it just must be a glitch. Payout went thru on schedule. I'll bet this is happening across the whole system and no one is noticing because the payouts are still going thru.

yeah I only missed one day of payouts and it was on a weekend so it didn't end up effecting me. the thing that got me stressed out was the misinformation the customer service rep gave me. I don't recommend calling them, they've given me the wrong answer over 85% of the time I've had a problem. Apparently you can find better trained CSRs via Ebay for Business on Twitter or Facebook. I haven't tried this method yet but probably will next time there's a problem, as opposed to the totally useless call center.

this is currently happening to me again, for the third time in under 3 months. the second time it happened it took an entire 30 days to resolve and finally fixed feb 1st. Now, feb 7th, it's happening again. I'm currently on chat with cs who has offered me no solution, but keeps talking about the weather 😕
tired of wasting all this extra time trying to figure this managed payments crap out. this is so far beyond unacceptable it's not even funny

Looks like the same thing is happening with my account, earlier today the available funds had a payout date but now it says no upcoming payment

Having the same issue right now, called CS and they said it was some glitch and contacted IT because all of my verifications have been passed and until now had no issue with not getting paid. It's very frustrating because this is the sole income for some of us.

also having same issue. has yours been fixed yet? I got off the phone with ebay and they said that it is a general 'glitch' in the system and they will fix it within 24 - 48 hrs.

I thought I'd update that it resolved within the 48 hours that eBay did tell me - saying it was some "glitch"

Yes, it did - they said it was some "glitch" and involved IT because all of my verifications were complete and there were not holds, etc. They said 48 hours and it did resolve within that time.
