Yes, it did - they said it was some "glitch" and involved IT because all
of my verifications were complete and there were not holds, etc. They
said 48 hours and it did resolve within that time.
Having the same issue right now, called CS and they said it was some
glitch and contacted IT because all of my verifications have been passed
