ok this is absolutely not working. We just accepted an offer from a
buyer and it wouldn't let them pay at all. It gave them a notification
"counteroffer accepted" (there was no counter offer. only their initial
offer.) and it won't let them check out...
reporting back that the credits did appear in my payments activity and
were indeed for the correct amounts. glad to have this resolved finally.
fingers crossed this doesn't happen again going forward!
ok, I got the notification they will be crediting my account but no
mention of how much the credit will be and it hasn't appeared in my
payments yet. will keep this thread posted as to when/if it actually
shows up and if they correctly cover all frau...
