questions on MP

I changed to MP not because I wanted to but ebay was making me

anyways

I signed up on fri and since then sold 2 items

checking my ebay account heres what it says

payouts--no results

available  it shows the 2 items I sold

on hold  --no results

processing--no results

just wondering when I will get my money--I know the buyers paid but I dont like the idea of sending the items out when Im not sure when I will get my money

any other tips or advice on MP would be great

Did you provide your SSN and a checking account number to receive your payments?

Underneath the 'Available' amount, you should see, "Your next payout will be sent on..." with a date. If you have that date, you can add 2 business days before you can expect it to be a deposit. I've been in since Fall, 2019. I've noticed that (for the last few months) I can count on a buyer's payment being my bank deposit in 4 business days.

As long as you ship within your Handling Time, you're gold with eBay. Good luck.

Did you set your payouts for weekly or daily?

just checked this morning and now it says payout failed will try again

I have it set for daily--they show the routing number which is correct

and show the last 4 of my account number also correct

if I do another account set up Im afraid it will mess everything up--even more then it already is

not sure what I did wrong and Ive sold several more things since--

The payment may still have gone through your pay pal account. This is still happening to me.

Open you list of orders, click the link of the order number.

This gives you the order details page.

Under "Purchase Details" it gives the date paid and either:

1. a link "view payment details" which means eBay Managed Payments

2. you will see the note : via Pay Pal.

Not sure why this happens, but there it is.

I am having the exact same problem and my bank account name matches. When I signed up I logged in my online bank and set the bank account that way. Ebay account and bank account are the same so I have no idea why it would fail both payouts.

I think I finally figured out what the problem is

my bank account is my legal name while when I signed up for ebay I used the name I go by  

so can I just edit my ebay info with my legal name

or should I just delet it and start over

I think I figured it out.  My bank account is in my legal name while eBay is the name I go by. Can I change my first name to my legal name on eBay.  That won’t raise any red flags will it.   Thanks

i had to go back into ebay and add my middle initial ... so far i have gotten payouts .. but still have that annoying banner 😞
