Just update because I was forced to. Where is my money? Am I supposed to pay shipping out of pocket until eBay release the money after 21 days? This is so stupid.

EBAY deducts SHIPPING LABEL from what is due you (you do not need to wait until PAYOUT received).

With MANAGED PAYMENTS money is deposited into your CHECKING ACCOUNT 3-5 days after sale. EBAY deducts shipping costs & EBAY fees (whatever is leftover deposited in your CHECKING ACCOUNT).

Because money no longer goes into your PayPal account....you need to change SHIPPING LABELS and MONTHLY STATEMENT to Managed Payments. Next time you print label (go to bottom of page) and click on box to change to Managed Payments. You need to also change Monthly Statement to Managed Payments.

MP is completely different from PayPal. With MP deposits are (net amount after shipping & fees deducted). Sometimes one sale will get processed faster than another (possible to get PAYOUT for Wednesday sale BEFORE sale made on Monday). PAYOUT will also lump together sales from different days. Can be very unpredictable and confusing.

So if I sell comic trading cards and only charge $.75 to ship which is a toploader stamp and an envelope I'm screwed and have to wait 21 days.

Given that you are not a new seller you should not have to wait more than 5 business days to receive your funds. You should call Ebay if you are waiting longer than that amount of time. And as noted above, you should change your postage payments to be paid out of available funds and not out of PayPal unless you want to be continuously transferring money to PayPal now that sales are no longer going into that account.. The checkbox is at the bottom of the postage label page the next time you go to print a label. You might need to scroll down. It took me weeks to find it.

Where did you get the 21 days from, that's for new sellers.

Once the payment is processed, Ebay will send the funds to your checking on the schedule you chose, daily or weekly.
