Refund issued to a card I no longer have

eBay needs your social security #?!
There is no way to update your sellers account without giving out social security number. Hilarious! It’s as if you WANT us to move to Amazon, something I’ve been avoiding for years because of monopolistic behaviour. I’m truly disappointed.
