Managed Payments fiasco

I have tried to pay the seller but he is with managed payments and the payment won't go through.  After 5 cays of constant customer service contact, they said that they tried everything.  A solution is to bypass the managed payment system and that includes finalizing the transaction offsite.  I told the rep that Ebay won't get paid, and they said, "Alright."

The only problem I have is with sellers on managed payments.  Ones that go directly to Paypal go though.

The ones processed with managed payments were unsuccessful and the ones that were not with managed payments were successful.   

The managed payments can't see that it's a managed payments issue.  ridiculous!

I have been contacting customer service for 6 days straight and this is the first time they attempt that contact an engineer.

I have tried to reach out to the executive team.  I'll see.

Ebay is in process of alienating lots of good buyers and sellers with this very stubborn and inconvenient MP system. Ebay is becoming way to complex for what it is worth. I truly do not understand why would they insist on making it so much worse for everyone, just does not make any sense. By doing so they are losing market share to competitors and it sure seems like they do not care thinking they can recover losses from those who remain.

There is a lot of good in this community.

 

The fact that no one else seems to have encountered your issue does not prove otherwise. 

 

Perhaps if you insult us further someone will be more forthcoming.
