This is a group of eBay buyers and sellers.  None of us is responsible for whatever problem you're having.

No one from eBay will see this post, we are other buyers and sellers. Bet there is more to this as the items being sold look to be drop shipped because of the catalog photos of the items. Did the message also include something about providing proof you own the goods you are selling?

Until you've been selling for 90 days and sold 25 items your payments will be held until tracking shows delivered, or in 30 days if there's no tracking.

They can hold the payment for the full 30 days if you're selling in a high risk category. 

Do you have a Managed Payments account set up?
Without that, or an equivalent payment processor, eBay cannot transfer customer payments to your bank.

Part of setting up that account is giving eBay proof of identity (as a non-US seller I used my passport, my husband used his driving license) as well as confirming the checking account you want the money to be deposited to.

My oh my, such vitriol,,, how cruel to wish to destroy a family in the name of God.  God wants us to pray for our enemies and to love everyone.

Dropshippers rarely last. Sales that result in a Bad Buyer Experience, like cancelling orders your dropshipper doesn't  have results in listing restrictions. You can sell what you have listed but you can't make new listings. If you were serious about not working here again you would end those listings. 

Since you are the one that created the BBEs it is your fault eBay is holding your money. They'll hold it until your buyers can no longer file claims. They want to make sure refunds come from you and not from their money.

in due time  your funds will be released. But were I eBay I would kick you off my site for calling me a thief and wishing God to destroy my family.

eBay ID seller is listed as being in the country of Georgia.

Selling items from New York only to those who live in the USA is somewhat odd as to where would an item be returned?

Here's the part I can't explain...'free local pick-up'.

Maybe if you changed your ID to New York you might have gotten lucky a little longer.

'go to local court'...is that in the country of Georgia or New York?
