eBay takes me to Payoneer Sign Up page instead of Sign In page; is this a known issue?

eBay wants me to register in Payoneer. I did that, but for some reason eBay does not understand that I'm registered in Payoneer, in fact it even does not give me a chance to sign in, only sign up. Any idea what is happening?

When I click "register now" link in eBay's email "Update your account by September 13 so you can keep selling", I'm taken to "eBay is managing payments" page. I click "Continue registration", then  I click "Yes, sign in" button, but I'm taken to "Sign Up" page instead. This happens even if I sign in to my Payoneer account in another tab. Therefore, I cannot complete my registration (cannot link eBay and Payoneer accounts because I always end up at Payoneer Sign Up page.

I can sign in to Payoneer without issues, but in eBay popup after clicking "Yes, sign in" button I still end up on Payoneer sign up page. I'm using Google Chrome, but I also tested Firefox and it is happens there too. Both eBay and Payoneer accounts are registered as individual, both on the same name and on the same email. I registered Payoneer account via eBay popup, so I expected that eBay will pick it up automatically when I'm done, but instead I got the issue described above. I double checked everything, and I still cannot find a way to login to Payoneer via eBay. I filled all information Payoneer asked and since I can login just fine at Payoneer website, I think it is eBay-specific problem. I tried googling, but cannot find any information about this issue.

@stuff4divas As long as they are signed into their account when they click that link, it will get them to the right team based on where they are registered.

The Facebook and Twitter pages are a great resource for sure, but they can't help with payments registration for security reasons and would point them in the same direction. The social pages can help with general payments info but other than that they'll have to reach out to the team directly. 

@asat.rayen you're welcome to wait for sure but it wouldn't hurt to send the email to make sure nothing else needs to be done on your end for now.!

Your link is broken and I get 404 error when trying to follow it. The issue is still not solved!

I got an email from Payoneer saying "Your eBay account was connected successfully" and inside the message they said "We're happy to let you know that your Payoneer account is ready to start receiving eBay payments". At this point I naively thought that the issue solved... but it was not.

After some time (today) I got an e-mail from eBay itself saying that "unfortunately, your eBay listings have been taken down because some additional details are still needed on your account". Reading further, no additional details are actually needed, instead, eBay is just asking me to "update your account information so eBay can manage payments - it’ll only take a few minutes" by clicking a link in the message "Update your account" . When I click it, I'm asked to sign in via eBay to my Payoneer account, but the "sign in" button is still does not work properly, it works as "sign up", offering to create now Payoneer account, which makes it impossible to sign in to existing one (and in the past I have tried creating one more new one, it does not change anything).

I have no idea what to do next. Your link is broken and by myself I found no way to report about my problem except by writing here. I know I'm not alone with this issue because even after all this time, today some other seller wrote to me privately with the same issue, asking me if I was able to solve it. But unfortunatelly, I see no solution yet.

This makes me feel like eBay is mostly abandoned site full of broken links... It just does not feel like a serious trading platform anymore because I cannot do even basic things and intstructions from official eBay messages do not actually work because of this. The link in your message to get official help gives 404 error, and the link to sign in to existing Payoneer account still leads to sign up form, even though I reported the issue weeks ago, it still not fixed!

After some digging, I managed to find a way to send a message to eBay Customer Service.I will report back when I have more information. Hopefully they will do something to fix this issue.

I'm experiencing same issue.

Support tells it is a technical issue. I've been  bombarding their support.

All my listings are shut down for almost a month.

And I have registered for Payoneer (through eBay form) early in Sept.

The technical support suggested me to wait. I waited even longer than they suggested, today I tried again, and the issue is still there.

When I get to "Do you have an existing Payoneer account for this person?" question and click "Yes, sign in", it opens pop-up window with "Account Registration Form" and no option to sign in. As a result, I still cannot list any items. So the issue still not solved unfortunately.
