eBay wants me to register in Payoneer. I did that, but for some reason eBay does not understand that I'm registered in Payoneer, in fact it even does not give me a chance to sign in, only sign up. Any idea what is happening?
When I click "register now" link in eBay's email "Update your account by September 13 so you can keep selling", I'm taken to "eBay is managing payments" page. I click "Continue registration", then I click "Yes, sign in" button, but I'm taken to "Sign Up" page instead. This happens even if I sign in to my Payoneer account in another tab. Therefore, I cannot complete my registration (cannot link eBay and Payoneer accounts because I always end up at Payoneer Sign Up page.
I can sign in to Payoneer without issues, but in eBay popup after clicking "Yes, sign in" button I still end up on Payoneer sign up page. I'm using Google Chrome, but I also tested Firefox and it is happens there too. Both eBay and Payoneer accounts are registered as individual, both on the same name and on the same email. I registered Payoneer account via eBay popup, so I expected that eBay will pick it up automatically when I'm done, but instead I got the issue described above. I double checked everything, and I still cannot find a way to login to Payoneer via eBay. I filled all information Payoneer asked and since I can login just fine at Payoneer website, I think it is eBay-specific problem. I tried googling, but cannot find any information about this issue.

You need to sign up for Managed Payments on Ebay, then connect your Payoneer account to MP.

Here's some information about managed payments for sellers outside the USA, Australia & Europe. There are other links on the export.ebay.com website that have a lot of information that should be helpful for you.
I think you can find more information that you may need by navigating on the export.ebay.com website (second link below).

They don't want your existing account when you sign up for managed payments..
This is a direct quote from eBay
"If you have an existing Payoneer account, you need to create a new one for each eBay account."
"During the registration for eBay to manage your payouts, you need to create a Payoneer account and link it to your eBay account. If you have an existing Payoneer account, you need to create a new one for each eBay account."

I initially created Payoneer account in the popup window by eBay (opened from the page refered in eBay email to "register now"), so in theory it should have worked. But next day I got a reminder from eBay again, and when I followed the link it looks like it wants me to continue the process but does not let me, even though eBay offers a button to sign in, it always ends up at sign up page.
Should I try again create second Payoneer account with different email (since using the same email as in my eBay account is not an option anymore, Payoneer says I should not have more than 1 account)? But I still do not know what was wrong the first time, since I have used eBay popup to register the first Payoneer account and I did fill all fields correctly.

I have tried again to create new Payoneer account via eBay popup registration form, when I finished it, it said it will redirect me back to eBay to finish, and it did redirect within the popup window to eBay main page. There is nothing else I can do in the popup windows after that, so I close it. The tab with page "Seller Managed Payments" which originally opened the popup with Payoneer registration form still has two button: "Yes, sign in" and "No, create one" - both of them again open Payoneer registration form.
This looks like a bug. First of all, "Yes, sign in" should actually let me sign in instead of offering to register again. Second, when I have finished registration in the popup window, I would expect it to automatically close the popup window, and to redirect me to some useful page (instead of main page) which either allows me continue the registration or reports that it is finished if no more steps are necessary.
I have tried different browsers, and the same things happens in every one of them. To be sure, I even tried in VM with clean OS and clean browser profile - "Yes, sign in" button still takes me to sign up form, and I'm sure if I try to register in it for the third time, I still end up on the same page with non-working "Yes, sign in" button. It feels like some almost abandoned site with broken update , not a serious trading platform.
Is there someone who successfully registered and if yes, what exactly happened when you finished registration in popup window? Did it take you to eBay main page or some other page, did you have to close it manually after it redirected you?

@asat.rayen, has Payoneer completed their review and verification of the information you provided?
It has been reported that this can take 3-4 weeks, and until they complete the verification, you can't proceed with listing on eBay. Once Payoneer has completed verification, you should see a screen on Payoneer that looks like this:
After that, I'm not sure if you can go ahead and start listing on eBay right away or if you have to wait for eBay. Some sellers who are using Payoneer have reported that eBay will send you an email a few days after this, and that you should wait for the email from eBay.

Thank you, I would appreciate official help with this. Currently I plan to ask Payoneer to close my second account (but I will wait until tomorrow before actually asking them, just in case somebody gives a different advice) because I do not want two Payoneer accounts for one eBay account. And then I will have no choice but to wait until eBay fixes their "Yes, sign in" button, or until somebody suggests some workaround. Or perhaps I just need to wait until eBay finishes the transition to Payoneer payment system and the problem will go away automatically.

Hey guys!
@asat.rayen sorry to hear you're having so much trouble! It would be best to work with our payments team so they can walk you through the process needed. If you go here, and scroll to the bottom you'll see the option to either request a call back or email the team directly. Thank you!

the advice given by ebay community team member jasmen@ebay may not work since you are in Russia
Try this if the email option does not work>
Contact eBay via social media with a private message:
AND-OR
Ebay customer service is superior on those sites.

I did not see your reply when I was posting my previous message (probably because you have replied while I was writing it).
No, I did not realize I have to wait for weeks, since eBay was still reminding me to continue registration, and after clicking "Continue registration", and end up on the page asking me if I have Payoneer account with a button "Yes, sign in", like I have described. This is very confusing. Thank you very much for your reply, perhaps I should just wait.

@asat.rayen, yes, if you haven't allowed a few weeks for the verification, then it would probably be best to just wait.
I hadn't thought of that possibility earlier. I posted it here after I thought about the situation some more, and realized that could be the problem.
There is nothing published that says how long these steps take to be completed. We just have to go on the experiences of sellers who have been through it, and they often don't tell us all of the details.

Thank you for quick reply. According to lacemaker3 I just need to wait up to 3-4 weeks until Payoneer verifies my account. So at the moment I plan to wait for that to happen, and if I still have the issue after my Payoneer account is verified, I will try your advice to contact payments team by email.
But even if I just need to wait, it does not change the fact that I have encountered multiple bugs on eBay site:
1) The popup does not work right. Normally such popups close automatically and redirect happens in full browser window which opened the popup; and it is better to redirect to a page which would say something like "you completed registration successfully" instead of eBay main page in small popup window.
2) The "Yes, sign in" button does not work (takes to sign up form instead)
3) eBay should not keep sending me reminders to register if I already registered (especially considering the fact that the page I get when opening the link from these emails has "Continue registration" button, which implies I have not completed it and still have something to do; if I need to wait, it would be better for the page to say that without offering incorrectly working buttons).
I have no idea where to report these bugs, but I'm mentioning them here in case you can forward these issues to someone who is responsible for handling website bugs.

Thanks for useful hints. If after Payoneer verifies my account I still have the issue and in case the email option mentioned by jasmen@ebay will not work for me, I will use your suggestions to get farther assistance from eBay.
