I have the problem of having cloze to $6k available for payout. I have not had a problem up to Jan 4th, 2022 with receiving payout. After that day I have not been able to get a payout. I have had 6 call to eBay without much success in finding a solution. It appears to be known technical issue, with no solution. Today I talked with a CSR that has come up with the solution of sending my available funds to me via PayPal(Yes thats right "PayPal") within the next 30 days or so. Meanwhile I was advised to cancel my current account and start fresh with a New Account. I will have to of course pay for the remaining term on my store subscription. With my new account I will of course start with 0 feedback and no history on eBay.
I think maybe the effort to start a new account may be better spent elsewhere.
really feeling betrayed by eBay............

Thank You for responding. I was contacted( I did not call, She called Me) again be the same CSR. I was once again told I should find someone in the U.S. to use there SSN. I told I could not do that. She told me this may be the only way to free up my money. She also suggested I just put my Canadian SIN number on the W-9 and sign it anyway. I told her this was something else I could not do. The issue at hand is that I have a Canadian Account. When I signed up many Years ago for a eBay Storefront, the CSR that helped me registered the Store switched my registered address from Canada to my U.S. PO Box. Now I am told there is no way to change it back to Canada. So I am stuck without being able to provide a SSN or ITN. I really do not understand why eBay can hold money that is rightfully mine. I have delivered the goods promised to the eBay customers. I have paid for upfront for the merchandise and postage to get those items to the Customer. Now eBay is keeping my Money without just cause.

@mooktida-imports wrote:BTW.. I have started a new account(this one) as suggested by another CSR that said the money could be transferred to this account. I talked to a CSR on Friday that said the Money should be transferred today. I was informed today that this is not the case and they can not transfer funds between accounts. I get the feeling eBay is really trying to waste my time, so I will just give up on the monies owed. It is amazing how many different solutions I have been promised in the last month. Non of which have been followed through on by eBay.
Where are you getting the number to call Ebay? Is it from a Google search or from here on the site? This is important as there are spoof/scam phone numbers that can come up in an internet search.

Yep- extremely odd- inaccurate- yet they are still holding on to the the money.
BTW- they call back usually in a minute or two- but plan on waiting ( by design) 45 minutes to talk to a supervisor.

Likely they have far more CSR than they do supervisors, so that makes sense.
