checking accounts not verified Managed Payments

i tried to link my Chase bank checking account with my Ebay account 8 times already.  i spoke to 7 different agents.  Nobody knows why Ebay can't verify my account, all they ask me to do is to update my checking account again.   One agent told me to get a different bank account number, I did and still Ebay does not verify my account.  i need my money Ebay has it.  i need to know why Ebay cant give me a reason to why they wont recognize my bank account.

Is your checking account and eBay account exactly the same?

Same first, last and middle name??

They must match letter for letter.

Stop asking CS. They are at best inept.

eBay does not "have" your money the processor, Adyen, has it.

eBay never sees your money.

What have you done for verification. Once entered, eBay can not see your bank info or what you sent for verification so they can't really help you. Only guess.

I am having a similar issue but have been told that I can no longer use an "online" bank. I have been using Lili successfully for MP since September. Agents told me to get a new bank. **bleep**? They claim no new policy has been issued.

Try contacting Ebay again.  If you do social media, I'd suggest Facebook.

I did not link Managed Payments to my primary checking account, instead, for $25 I opened an account at a different bank.  Just saying....
