Payout on hold due to Periodic performance review

Hi, I sold a gaming laptop on eBay. And I was meant to get my payout by tomorrow… 

but now Facebook has put a hold on my payout. and now eBay is conducting a periodic review on my item. does anyone know how long this process takes to get resolved? and is it anything to worry about?

You are posting this all over the thread on several threads.  Do you have a concern?  When did your review start?  Has it been more than 3-5 days [not counting the weekend]?
