 I can t pay bank card or PayPal. There is no problem with my bank card

Sri Lanka allows you to attach a credit card payment to PayPal but not a bank account. You say there's nothing wrong with your card however, due to your government wanting to keep all the money in Sri Lanka they're allowing banks at times to limit foreign transactions. Keep trying, try on another browser or call your bank.

It's your bank in Sri Lanka that is blocking the payments, contact them.
