Can't add bank account 'Something went wrong'

Hi there, 

Today I went to list an item and complete the details for adding my bank account as payment option.

These details are 100 percent correct and match the exact names on my Ebay account.

I am with Chase bank UK.

All I get is the 'Something went wrong please try again later' error.

What is the fix to this? I have never listed items before so can't convert to a business account which I have heard as being a previous fix.
