EBay wants a bank account that I can't open. So account is restricted. And i cant get my funds

I have no way to open bank account I'm in cheak systems. Is there another way to get my money .what happens if I quit selling do I then get paid for the stuff I sold when I was working for them? How do I get paid?

Buyers Can Not Pay

I have been trying to pay for an item and keep entering different credit cards. EBay is not accepting any of my VISA or MASTERCARDS. I heard that they no lower take Paypal as well. What is going on? I am a great customer.
