Are others experiencing check out issues? I spoke to several sellers who were having issues receiving payments and several buyers in my same situation. I did check with my bank to verify no issues with my credit card, and all is good there... but with the EBay check out, it tell me in read over and over try again in big red letters.. this has been over the last 2 days as I am trying to make payments
