Where do i enter bank deposits

Ive been asked to let ebay know the amounts but there is no link in the payments section, there is no link with the banner thats asking to update payment information, etc. So, where is it, email does not provide useful info either.

Why does EBAY charge Sellers 15% fees on sales tax?

Just curious, does anyone know why EBAY charge Sellers 15% fees on sales tax when buyers pay the sales tax?Sellers do NOT make any money / profit on sales tax so why would EBAY charge 15% fees here further diluting revenue earned from seller's sales....
