I've been hacked

I've been hacked and and my address changed. I was charged for one item that I purchased and sent to another address (other than my own) I changed my password and filed a dispute. I also saw a laptop costing almost $3,400.00 on my purchase history and cancelled the order. It was cancelled. On the same day the hacker re ordered the laptop using his shipping address (on my account) and it was deliverer two days later to his shipping address. I filed a dispute for the fist item I purchased on E-Bay and the laptop on Pay Pal. Does anyone know what else that I can do? I would appreciate any advice. Thank you hroderigues

You need to call your bank and dispute the charge.

Why are you not changing your password and using 2 step verification? 
Since you can see the hacker’s address in your account call their local police and report them. 
Cancel your credit cards and dispute the charge.

The Bank had already rejected the charge because of insufficient funds. I would never purchase and Apple ;laptop and I already have have better laptop; but I seldom use it because of tremors in my hands and I am 86 years old too. I contacted my crredit card company and the issued me a new card. I filed a police report; both with the local police and state police too. I don't know what else that I can do. Also; why would I cancell  an un authorized purchase and on the very same day reorder it too?  I am very disappointed that ebay and payhpal  did nt notice suspisious activity on my accout and notify me so that all of this could have been avoided.   Thank you very much for tjhe reply.  hroderigues

I did change my password when I was hacked the first time. That was for a chainsaw that I purchased and it was sent to the hackers address. I filed a dispute with ebay; but to no availle. So I decided to pay for the chainsaw that I never recieved. But then there was another purchase made by the hacker or a $3.398 dollar laptop. When I saw it in my purchase history; I immediately cancelled it; but the hacker had gotten access to my address book again and reordered it again and it was hidden from my purchase history. Paypal has been of no help. I filed a dispute with them and they claim it was an authorized transaction. It was not authorized by me. It was authorized by the hacker and he recieved the laptop at his  address. In all ol my hundreds of purchases on ebay I nave never used a shipping address other than my own.       Thank you very much for your reply. hroderigues
