depends on what you are updating, banking information has to match your government id/account information WORD FOR WORD, same name, same address, etc..

If there are any differences, abbreviations, different numbers, etc then it will not pass.

And it has to be a bank account, not a credit card for payouts.

You have to use managed payments in the US, and Payoneer if outside the US.
