i got suspended on an account and i had an iban that is not working anymore ebay said i cant change it and if the money goes nowhere they will "leggaly" keep it. ive contacted revolut and they said they cant re open the joint account what should i do...

Buyer has not paid and no option listed for buyer has not paid?

Buyer 'bought' item 5 days ago, resent invoice, no reply. Am trying to cancel order, ebay states use drop-down menu and select 'buyer has not paid'. When I select the 'cancel order' button there is NO 'buyer has not paid' reason stated???
