                                           I recently got scammed  so i got online filed with FBI, federal trade Commision, better BBB and don't forget the middle man do your research online find boss or managers and don't forget to yelp them as well

You could always file a chargeback with your credit card instead of doing all that superfluous reporting if you couldn’t get a refund through MBG.

ALL buyers on eBay are well protected by the Money Back Guarantee.  All you needed to do was to open an item not received case.  Not sure why you thought you had to do all those other things.  Just curious: Did any of the actions you took as detailed here result in a refund for you?

I was scammed myself.  Ordered the Snowpiercer complete series on Blu-Ray and never got it because it was never even shipped.  I unfortunately screwed up and gave the seller over 30 days since it was an international transaction (but mostly because I was busy with work in another state and therefore not home).  But I recently filed a dispute with the E-Bay CC that I used for the purchase.  I really think people like this scammer belong in JAIL and I really wish I had a way to put him there!
