Are you aware your country is almost out of foreign reserves?

Your government's website has explained that at times some banks in SL will be limiting foreign transactions. Try paying later or call your bank.

You should revise your listings. Two say item location Sri Lanka but ships from China. The item location is where the item is shipped from.  If it ships from China then China is the item location.
