Updating bank account details

I'm new to selling on ebay and I am having the hardest time getting my update fixed on account details. I keep getting the same message saying ebay account and bank account must have the same name, they do. Am I missing something?

why is Ebay "reviewing" my account and holding my payments for up to 5 days?
