Did you mean:

bank info & security code

I have been on the phone twice with Ebay. No one knows what they are talking about. The bank info leaves of my middle initial. Also, when I update my info, the security code always disappears. I cannot get paid. One said it would be changed, it wasn't, and the other said the initial did not have to be there, but it does. I give up. I am about to let them keep my money!

Re: bank info & security code

Where did you get their number? You can't  call eBay. They have to call you back after you contact them through Help  & Contact.

Your name and address on your eBay account and your checking account have to exactly match.  If you have a middle initial on eBay but not on your checking account it won't match.

You're going to have to add your initial to your bank account.

Re: bank info & security code

Have you tried editing your name and take off the initial?

Re: bank info & security code

It will not add, and they have no idea how to add it. It is done correct when I added it. Then they pulled another good one. They themselves added a defunct number. I chatted last night, and apparently there is no resolution today as they claimed they sent micro deposits, to the wrong number. They will end up keeping my money no matter how I try to fix it.

The area is grayed out. It will not do it.

Re: bank info & security code

If you can't take your initial off your eBay account, then you need to add it to your bank account.

All the information on your bank account has to match your eBay account exactly.

Why can't your bank add your initial to your bank account?

Lift your left leg at midnight to start off on the right foot. Happy new Year!
