Why is my payout "declined?"

Since we moved over to managed payments, we haven't had any problems getting the money paid to the checking account. Yes, it takes too long, but the money has arrived. Until today.
Today, it declined a payout. There is nothing on the Payments pages explaining WHY the payout was declined. Since all the other payouts have gone through, what's different about this one? There's been no e-mail explaining what's going on, no note on the ebay page of an issue with any of the payments, nothing. I've scoured the Community Board, but I'm not finding any answers as to why payouts are declined.
Does anyone have the answer or know where I can find the information?

it boils down to this ! ebay should have never started the mangled payment nonsense and the sellers better start to realize that ebay has indeed hi jacked your business !! They are or were rather a selling site that the seller hired to post their listings for sale. Ebay has taken that with forced control over you. It is not hard to read between the lines. A selling venue should never take over control of your money. Ebay has become famous for glitches and now it is happening with the sellers funds. It is a left wing take over ! PERIOD

I am having the same problem been trying to talk with a person and they keep calling back and ring once and hang up or calling at odd time and miss them. This is getting old where is my 2000. Also there is no reason to blame Left or Right wing it is a Ebay problem. Don't be so polarizing!

This happened to me yesterday (Friday the 13th). I got an email that said "We Ran Into A Problem" and "Your payout didn't go through" and blamed it on my bank.
First, eBay should have tried to send the money on Tuesday, per their weekly payout. Second, I am sure it's a glitch on their part as I have received payouts before. I'll come back and update this when it is sorted. Glad I wasn't waiting on my $1500 to pay for anything in particular. FWIW, I liked PayPal better.

Hello all EBayers, Letting everyone known something. This platform called eBay has turn into something else. My payout has been held for days now. No one to talk too has their numbers are no longer working but to direct you to their Q/A site. Please any idea has how I can get hold of any customer service to help me with my payout will be appreciated.
I need to pay my workers and eBay is hold my money.

Same problem today first 3 payouts had no problems including yesterday morning.....today....declined.

Same issue here - no change on bank end - does anyone that went through this previously have anything to add about how it was resolved and how long it took? Thanks!

Same here. And no one from eBay is answering anything, can’t even get through to managed payments dept.

#METOO LOL...so annoying. No way to get ahold of ebay either...I'm not even able to have them call me...says that service is down.

same here .. ridiculous .. i also got a screen that said sever down when i clicked to "look at this payout " from the message about there was a problem . On hold on phone w BofA now .. but i suspect it's eBay

Looks like a bunch of people got it today, as did I. When I go to the transactions tab it says "We ran into a problem, please try again." I bet its an issue on ebays end. I just received a different payout to my bank a couple hours ago

Same thing happened to me. Never had a problem before and there's no option for anyone from Customer Service to call you back.
