Ebay charging 12+% on shipping and taxes!! 10% higher than paypal!

So, many of us just were forced into managed payments. I just discovered that i am being charged 12+% on taxes and shipping.This is nearly 10% higher than paypal.1. I DONT want to hear from people saying there sick of hearing this, then don't respond...

I was trying to buy on ebay with my card and It said Please check your payment details or use a different payment option but it still charged me I've bought from them before with no problem and Its really annoying
