Why is my payout in "declined" status?

For the first time, one of my MP payouts shows a "declined" status. I've never had any major issues like this with MP, but nothing has changed with my banking info, so not sure how eBay found a way to break this. It's bad enough having to wait extra days to be paid versus instant payment with PayPal, additional delays are just salt in the wound.

welcome to managed payments! This is what happens when a company gets so greedy and starts to do something they know nothing about. Just wait until ebay gets "hacked" again and all your personal information gets stolen because these people don't know what they're doing. Decline a payment, blame the bank, and then cut off every way to contact them to fix the issue they created. Time to jump ship!

I couldn't have said it any better. So tired of they're  bullying under the guise of "IT WILL HELP YOUR SALES"!!

**bleep** after 20 years of selling it's takes REAL effort to sit down at the computer each morning now. 

It only helps them line their stockhoilders pockets even more.  And now they want to keep our funds even longer. 

Must not be making enough in interest keeping it 3 days on a weekend. BRING BACK PAYPAL!!

What is going on?  My payment was declined too?  It is bad enough that we can't get weekend sales in the bank until days later but now the money is declined?!  We have bills that need to be paid / expenses to run the business.  Ridiculous.  I called my bank and they say it is not on their end.  It looks like others are having the same issue. PLEASE FIX!!!

My bank said the same. I did some searching on line.  on or about 9/22/20 some ebayers had this same problem. It was a "glitch in their processors system.  I MISS Paypal.

Mine shows declined also for today 12/2/2020.  😡

My payout has been declined for around a week now. It doesn't really make sense for ebay to refund the buyer using YOUR money even when you haven't even received the payout from the canceled sale.
