I send in my IBAN SWIFT number of my bank account but i keep getting:

We couldn't verify the bank account information you provided.

You need to do this so you can receive payouts.

what am i supposed to do now ?

In the past, many problems like this stem from your name being different on your identification and on your bank account information. Make sure they are the same i.e. "James" on both instead of "Jim" on one and remember middle initials.

Of course, I saw SWIFT and know that has been in the news about the Ukrainian conflict. I hope it is not because of that as I do not know of anyone that could be of assistance.
